1375305_10201083873113764_309931855_nTsholofelo Kukuni is a Theology student who wants to change the trend of their being so few young-“black” Reformed guys who have a post-grad education in South Africa. The problem- he needed to pay for registration for his Honours degree. Thanks to the generosity of a believer many miles away we were able to pay the registration fee for him and then some. This is the kind of thing this blog is all about, seeing the gospel grow and expand in South Africa

The Lord has been good. I remember last year at graduation when my name was called out to receive a church history award my friend whispered: “Now we expect a doctorate in church history”. Your generous support is a tremendous blessing, and I pray that the Lord would help me in my studies for His glory and the spread of the Gospel of His Son. Perhaps the Lord will also grant me what my friend whispered :-)….

The Lord has been good. I have just completed my Honours degree with the North West University, via John Wycliffe Theological College; thanks for all your support. The burden (need too) to study further is still there, and so I have applied for a Masters in New Testament @ NWU. I have since received an acceptance letter, which states, “Congratulations on your successful application to the Potchefstroom Campus of the NWU. There was particularly strong competition for places this year, and we were impressed by the quality of your academic record as reflected in your application. We trust that this chapter in your academic career will be both successful and fulfilling. The NWU therefore welcomes you most cordially and we look forward to receiving you on the campus”. Lord willing, I will begin working on a thesis early next year. Please pray for me, that the Lord will be glorified through my studies, and that His church will be edified.
